I am not able to log into my account at hudhousingcounseling.com the support with Kryterion said they cannot help me. My account is linked to an old employer account so the email goes to one to reset password and I dont have access to anymore sarahr@IHFA.org I do have my HUD certification number/ username MAIU57. Hi. Today I tried to log into my account. I was told to reach out to you. I have taken my exam to be a counselor and there was technical issues with getting it sent from the texting site to HUD and NOW I am having issues getting the certificate sent to FHA. Can I find out any additional information about the results of my exam last week. I was told I would get an email on this. I would love to be able to use the results to study to retake the exam soon.

I am having the most frustrating time getting someone to help me reset my password. I had a HUD exam scheduled for 9/11 now I have to reschedule because I cant get in to the HUD exchange site that I access everyday i went to log in and it said access denied contact support I send emails to support with no luck I am sent a link that doesnt work to reset my password I call the number 210 489 1461 to leave a voicemail it doesnt work!!!
