I am seeking an answer regarding the HUD Practice Exam (Knowledge Assessment): I found a 2022 HUD video from 2022 which mentions the Knowledge Assessment "tool" which gives feedback based on answers on the Exam. The only knowledge assessment I find (https://hudhousingcounselors.hud.gov/take-knowledge-assessment) does not give feedback to specific details on questions as described on the link below. Is this still offered? If not, is there another tool where we can get the rationale for incorrect answers on a practice exam?

Unable to setup 2 step authentication. When I scan the barcode I receive a message "Sorry, the requested application could not be launched. The barcode contents may bay be invalid" I also tried copying and past and received the following message "Your search - otpauth://totp/hud-exam-hub-cgriggs%40cefseoc.org?secret=A6P66HUUSNYPRNF7 ... - did not match any documents." My coworker is having the same issue.

I have two issues. My first issue is that I was locked out of my original account because of the two-way verification. The email address is helpmewithmymoney.com@gmail.com. Is there a way I can reset the account or does it matter? My second issue is that I live and work in MD. When registering I saw DC was for my state. Is there a way to change the state?
