Hello, when I registered I added my office number and i think when it sends the authentication verification code it sends it to the landline. could you help me change it to my cell number so that i can log in?

my progress is not showing up on my dashboard. I have taken the trainings and the assessment multiple time and practice exam once. I have my results but the dashboard has not updated and I cannot register for the proctored exam.

I received the error message, "you have received a system error" when I tried to register and set up an account so I could see the exam schedule.

I tried to reschedule the certification test for a different day, but for some reason, I’m still enrolled in the original test session. How can I reschedule the certification test properly?

Hello I been having issues, trying to login to my account. I been trying to reset my password and havent been able to. I scheduled a test and i wasent able to move my date since is difficult to acess the site.

I am trying to log in to the HUD Housing Counselors site and it will not take my username and password. I have the authenticator app and it will not accept my code that I have entered then I get timed out for too many tries. I would like to sign up to take the HUD exam at a Proctored site but will also contact Kryterion to see if they can be of assistance. I have already submitted a help ticket on the Hud site last week and have yet to get any response. Thank You,
