To access the exam registration, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.
Once you are signed in, click on the “Exam Center” button on the home page, then click on “Register for Exam.” If you are already signed in, you can access the Register for Exam page directly.
I am required to get a certificate to buy a home.

How do I arrange an appointment for me to take the Housing Counselor certification exam in person in Tampa Florida, on Monday, July 8, 2019, at the University Of South Florida Testing Services site/3220 USF Banyan Circle.

The training consists of 15 modules that vary in length. Shorter modules take about 30 minutes, and longer modules may take up to 90 minutes to complete.
I was certified with a different employer. I am now employed with my present employer and I'm asking if I can get copy of the certificate.
If you are unable to recall your password, enter your account email in the Forgot Password? tool. Within a few minutes, you will receive an email with a link to verify that you are the account owner. You will need to set a new account password after email verification.
