Ticket from Customer Service - Certification Exam

Eligibility – In order to be certified, an individual must both pass a standardized written examination covering six major topic areas and work for an agency approved to participate in HUD’s housing counseling program. In other words, you can take the certification exam without being employed at a HUD-approved agency; however, to become certified you must pass the exam and work for a HUD-approved agency.

My name is Leon Davis, I am writing you concerning my test on June 3rd, 2019 for the position of Housing counselor. I am shocked by the number of errors on your test. For example, there was a number of test items that had no answer that was the correct answer and not a one had a clear root or stem. I was delayed for about forty minutes of my test time by the computer glitch in your computer.
