Caller was looking for certification courses and noticed ours didn't seem to be available. Support explained about the Final Rule; caller went to HUD.gov

Caller noted that HUD's website said the Final Rule was expected for March 2015 and wondered what was happening. Support explained we have received no updates on the release of the Final Rule and suggested caller contact HUD about certification in the interim.

Caller asked how long it would take to get a certificate. Support explained the exam was not yet available.

Caller asked if this was the only HUD-required certification and that there was no experience required. Support confirmed.
