Hello my name is Melody Inella. My number is 916-837-7231. I've got an issue logging in. I don't need another passcode. I'm having trouble getting the Google Authenticator codes that I'm receiving. They're not valid through the website. So a tech support person told me that it's something going on within the HUD website.

The site is called the HUD Housing Counselors website. I am having trouble linking my account to the authenticator to generate a verification code. if you are not able to solve my problem.  Can I create a new account with a different email and register for the exam?  I need to take an exam before the end of April.  Thank you.

Hello, my name is Michael Hunter. I've left messages several times and I can't get through to anybody. I need help accessing my FHA connection. I have already passed the exam. My exam results have already been transferred and I'm not trying to gain access to my HUD housing counselor account, but I'm actually trying to gain access to my FHA connection account. If I can have some help with that would be great. Thank you.

If you have passed the exam, your next step is to authorize the transfer of your passing test results to FHA Connection. To do this, sign in to your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and select the "Exam" tab in your User Profile. Then, select “Transfer Results to FHA Connection.” If you are already signed in, you can directly access the Transfer Results page.
