I am still trying to sign up for a HECM Exam Date. I clicked on “Forgot Password” and requested a re-set link. However, I got a response which says that “There was a problem with your form submission. Please wait 6 seconds and try again”. I waited a minute, and I tried again. This time, it indicated that I would receive an email within a few minutes. It has now been a while, and I still have not received the re-set link email. I checked my junk spam folder, and it is not in there either.

Hi, my name is Michael Hunter and I was just leaving a message for the help desk in hopes that somebody can help me reset my FHA connection. I've been submitting request multiple Times Now and I was advised by my supervisor that might actually interrupt business services by submitting too many requests. So if you can give me a call back it helps that in hopes that you can help me gain access to my account.
