Ticket from Gregory Burgess - Certification Exam

I wish to get a refund of the $60 paid for the online exam so that I can take this exam in person. I tried twice to launch the exam, and I work for the County of Greenville that has excellent IT support. Our IT department has tried and failed to get the Kryterion Security software (Sentinel, or something like that) and it appears impossible for me to take this exam online. I am very unhappy that I cannot take this test today!

Ticket from Nina Wright - Certification Exam

I sat for the housing counseling exam on 1/29/18, at the Roswell Rd. location in Atlanta, GA. There was an issue with using the computer's calculator. The keypad function did not work so I used the mouse. When clicking on numbers and symbols (+*-=) it would not execute the command. This became extremely frustrating as I was up against the clock. I had to repeat the same function several times for it to work. As a result I lost my place and had to reenter numbers, review questions and try remembering the sum to solve the equation.

Ticket from Site Administrator - Certification Exam

In order to be certified, an individual must both pass a standardized written examination covering six major topic areas, and work for an agency approved to participate in HUD’s housing counseling program. In other words, you can take the certification exam without being employed at a HUD-approved agency; however, to become certified you must pass the exam and work for a HUD-approved agency.
