Having issues logging into system to take the test again

Is the scheduled test time 4:15am or pm???

Hello, My Name is Araceli Diaz and I am scheduled to do the HUD Exam at 8am in Chicago but the Launch Bottom is not there.

I passed my exam earlier. I hope I transferred the info right to FHA connection. Can someone check this important detail?

Dear Counselor,

There is no limit on how many times you can take the exam. However, the registration system does limit the number of times a candidate can register for the exam. 

If you receive a notice about maximum attempts, please call Support at 800-448-7149. Support will manually unlock the registration system while on the phone with you allowing you to register. Please do not call Support for assistance until you are ready to complete registration and pay for the exam. 

I know how to request reasonable accommodations for the exam, but I am curious to know what the accommodations are. Would I be able to take the test proctored on paper instead of online?

I don't see where I need to sign up for the classes

The "coupon/voucher" field is a standard field for the testing company. HUD does not provide voucher or coupon codes to offset exam costs. You may skip the "Submit" button and select "Check Out" at the bottom of the page to complete your purchase.
