The confirmation email you received when you registered for the Certification Exam included the amount you paid for the exam and serves as a purchase receipt.

You may also generate a receipt by logging into HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov, visiting the Exam Status Center via the Exam Pre-launch page and clicking "Receipts" in the blue header. The receipt will not stipulate payment type.

Good Morning, I was scheduled to take the HUD Exam on Saturday July 17 at 8:30am and when I log in and try to accesss the exam the Launch button was not there. It only had the question mark. I took a screen shot for proof. Since this was not an issue on my end, will I be able to rescheduled with no charge?

Dear Counselor,

There is no limit on how many times you can take the exam. However, the registration system does limit the number of times a candidate can register for the exam. 

If you receive a notice about maximum attempts, please call Support at 800-448-7149. Support will manually unlock the registration system while on the phone with you allowing you to register. Please do not call Support for assistance until you are ready to complete registration and pay for the exam.
