I have previously been approved for an accommodation. I have a test on Friday 7/16 at 2pm. Can this date be approved please?

I passed and are unable to add information into FHA connection. I am receiving this error.

Dear Counselor,

There is no limit on how many times you can take the exam. However, the registration system does limit the number of times a candidate can register for the exam. 

If you receive a notice about maximum attempts, please call Support at 800-448-7149. Support will manually unlock the registration system while on the phone with you allowing you to register. Please do not call Support for assistance until you are ready to complete registration and pay for the exam. 

Certification Requirement

Housing counseling required under or provided in connection with HUD programs must be provided only by certified housing counselors who work for organizations approved to participate in HUD’s Housing Counseling Program. In order to be certified, an individual must both pass a standardized written examination covering six major topic areas, and work for an agency approved to participate in HUD’s housing counseling program.

Good Morning! I have a question regarding a refund. We had tried to get this request processed last week but were not able to complete until July 6th. We have an employee that registered for the exam. User ID is cwinkler@cccsofrochester.org. His employment at our agency is questionable at this point and we had asked him to cancel the exam scheduled for the 8th. We also tried to submit a request directly but were told only the user could complete the request.

Today is my exam at 12 pm Denver time and it is not accepting my login credentials. Please advise. I not near my computer, I am in another floor of the building.

Good morning, I've passed the HUD Housing Counselor's exam and never received a certificate. Is there one that should be provided?

I am interested in becoming a HECM counselor, but I have a few questions.

Is there a specific course or training I have to go through before taking the exam?

Do I need to take both the HUD counselor exam and the HECM counselor exam?
